With over 30 years of experience as a Registered General and Mental Health Nurse, Florence Ashman has dedicated her life to caring for others. Alongside nursing, she has also explored various business ventures—but it was RF3WorldUK that truly captured her heart and became her anchor.
In 2020, Florence took on the challenge of bringing RF3World’s two flagship products to the UK. What followed was 13 months of determination, resilience, and faith: 3 months of laboratory testing and 10 months of rigorous assessments by independent UK regulators. Supported by RF3World Founder in Malaysia, she never gave up—and in February 2021, her hard work paid off. The products were approved and are now officially available in the UK.
Today, Florence leads RF3WorldUK as the Responsible Person (RP) and Country Manager. Her mission goes beyond business—she is passionate about sharing products that change lives and building a thriving community where others can grow, succeed, and discover their true potential.

Dato’ Sri Nazeri Omar, the visionary founder of RF3World, was born in Felda Bukit Puchong, Triang. With extensive experience in marketing and business management, he has built a reputation as a dynamic leader with both passion and deep expertise in the direct selling industry.
His career began with his appointment as Marketing Director of a Bumiputera direct sales company, where he demonstrated exceptional skill in building networks and driving growth. Over the years, his entrepreneurial ventures expanded into the import–export business, construction, financial services, and trading, reflecting his versatility and keen business acumen.
Since founding RF3World in 2013, Dato’ Sri Nazeri Omar has led the company to international recognition, combining innovation, product excellence, and a commitment to empowering people through entrepreneurship.
In recognition of his leadership and contributions, he has received numerous awards throughout RF3World’s 12-year journey. Most recently, he was honored with the prestigious Brand Laureate Award, celebrating his impact as a world-recognized icon in the beauty and wellness industry.
Mohd Nizam Abdul Manap
Vice President of Operations
His extensive background and expertise in the legal field makes him one of the paramount leaders in RF3World company operations. He was also entrusted with the responsibility of the Finance Division of the company. In addition to legislation-related matters, he also has experience in the field of direct selling marketing. Making him a driving force in the operations and management of the RF3World with the other directors.
Shamsul Bahari
Vice President of Marketing
He was an enforcement officer in a former Town Council and has extensive experience in the field of direct selling marketing. VP Bahari tasted success in direct selling marketing based business and business network throughout Malaysia.
Dr Hasrizan Hassan
Director of Product Development
His knowledge and extensive experience in alternative medicine help him to undertake the task involved in research and product development. Dr. Hassan’s knowledge and expertise that he has gained over the years have helped the company in terms of product development and conducting research and development.
Halim Ghani
RF3World International Leader
A 40 -year -old native of Johor Bahru, he holds an Engineering degree and has 18 years of experience in the oil & gas industry. His scope of work in design Engineering includes Proposal Engineer, Site Engineer and Supervisor, Sales and & Marketing Manager & Business Development Director.
